Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively aimed at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or self-employed professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with JS La Beauté UG.
By listing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer for the conclusion of a contract for these products. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and can correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation email.
3. Contract Language, Contract Text Storage
The languages available for concluding the contract: German.
We store the contract text and will send you the order details and our GTC in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet.
4. Delivery Conditions, Shipping Costs
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs will apply. For details on the amount of shipping costs, please refer to the offers.
Delivery Options
We will ship the products to the delivery address specified in the ordering process. We only deliver via shipping. Unfortunately, self-collection of the goods is not possible. We do not deliver to parcel stations.
5. Payment
In our shop, you generally have the following payment options available:
Prepayment
If you choose the prepayment option, we will provide you with our bank details in a separate email and will deliver the goods after payment has been received.
Credit Card
During the ordering process, you will enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged after the goods are shipped.
SEPA Direct Debit
By placing your order, you authorize us with a SEPA direct debit mandate. We will inform you of the date of the account charge at least one banking business day in advance (so-called prenotification). A banking business day is any weekday except Saturdays, nationwide public holidays, and December 24 and 31 of each year. The account charge will occur after the goods are shipped.
PayPal
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate with your login credentials, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out by PayPal after the goods are shipped. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.
PayPal may offer registered and selected PayPal customers additional payment options in their customer account. We have no influence over the provision of these options; further individually offered payment methods affect your legal relationship with PayPal. For more information, please refer to your PayPal account.
6. Warranty and Guarantees

The statutory liability for defects applies.
6.2 Guarantees and Customer Service
Information regarding any applicable additional guarantees and their exact conditions can be found with each product and on special information pages in the online shop.
7. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here. We are not obligated and are not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
